Fees, Payments, Refund & Cancellation

Fees

By subscribing to Fieldy, you agree to pay the initial and recurring charges for the Fieldy software license and related services, as specified in your Purchase Form. These charges are due at the times indicated in the Purchase Plan.

Payment Terms

You may use any of the accepted payment methods listed in your Purchase Plan to complete your subscription, including Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Depending on your chosen plan, the software license will be billed either monthly or annually.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fieldy does not offer refunds or credits for cancellations made before the end of your current billing cycle or subscription term, as outlined in your Purchase Plan. If you choose to upgrade your plan during the current term, additional fees will apply for the remainder of that term.

Taxes

All payments made to Fieldy are exclusive of any applicable central, state, local, or foreign taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, withholdings, and similar charges (including, without limitation, sales taxes, use taxes, and value-added taxes). You are responsible for the calculation, filing, payment, and reporting of all such taxes and assessments related to your use of the services, except for taxes based on Fieldy’s net income.

Note on Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to any data that identifies or can be used to identify an individual. We collect personal information from you to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations. When required, we inform you why we are requesting specific information and what may occur if it is not provided. In some cases, failure to provide certain personal information may prevent us from delivering our services.
