Fieldy allows you to better manage your field service business by helping you track and manage key processes. With our software, you can manage customer information, manage vendors and accounts, track attendance, manage sales, and provide services to customers. Our software also provides real-time notifications to ensure that you are always up-to-date on the current state of your business.
Fees, Payments, Refund & Cancellation
Fees
Fieldy’s customer agrees to pay Fieldy the initial and the recurring charges for the Fieldy Software license and access to the services in the amount specified in the Purchase Form at the time specified in the Purchase.
Payment
Terms You may use the specified mode of payment provided in the Purchase Plan while you purchase Fieldy. The Software License is billed annually or monthly subscription depending upon your Purchase Plan. The specified mode of payment includes Credit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Refund & Cancellation
Fieldy will not provide any refunds or credits if you cancel your subscription to the software before the specified time in the Purchase Plan. An additional fee will be charged for any services to Upgrade for the remainder of the current term.
Taxes
All payments made to Fieldy are exclusive of central, state, local, and foreign taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, withholdings, and similar assessments (including without limitation, sales taxes, use taxes, and value-added taxes). You are responsible for paying taxes, withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with the Services, excluding taxes based upon Fieldy’s net income.
